A Long Wait

Women have been waiting for a long time for Equal Rights. The endless work of Alice Paul in the early 1900's who led the campaign for the right of women to vote in this country was the beginning. Alice battled and fought for the rights of women until the day she died in 1977.

Today the battle goes on. The doors of opportunity are still barred in many areas. Alice once said, "There will never be a New World Order until women are a part of it."
